Placing an Order
• All orders placed with Carma Autowerks, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and
acceptance of all conditions listed on Carma Autowerks.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For all Credit Card orders - WE ONLY SHIP TO THE
BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
• Our merchant account (credit card co.) requires us to ship to the billing address only. We cannot ship to any
other address other than the billing address associated with the card.
• THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
• If your Billing address is to a PO BOX, APO and FPO, these orders have to be PREPAID via Money Order or
Cashier's Check only.
• For International Orders - these orders have to be PREPAID via International Money Order or International
Cashier's Check only.
• Personal Checks are not accepted.
• Cashiers check and Money orders can also be accepted as a form of payment.
• All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the application of all parts before installation.
• Carma Autowerks highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle.

Cancelling an Order
• Provided the order has not ship, cancelling an order with Carma Autowerks is plain and simple. Call Carma
Autowerks and we’ll be happy at assist you. Unfortunately, any cancellations of special order items will require a
30% cancellation fee.

Warranty
• All new merchandise sold by Carma Autowerks is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any,
and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of
merchandise.
• All other new parts and accessories are subject to a 90-day Carma Autowerks warranty, excluding, light bulbs and
electrical parts. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect/damage was caused by customer's abuse,
negligence, or mishandling, which will be determined solely by Carma Autowerks.
• There are no warranty on USED merchandise. These items are sold as is. if an item arrives damaged, Carma
Autowerks will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company. All claims must be made within 48
hours of delivery date. Claims made after that time will not be honored. there will be NO exceptions.
Shipping/Freight company's return/claim policies superceeds Password's policy. In other words, if your claim is
denied by the freight company, there isn't much else we can do for you.
• Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Carma Autowerks, the shipping to the
manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.
• No warranty on light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may not be returned.
• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
• No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
• Carma Autowerks highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle.
Therefore, Carma Autowerks is not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty
claim.

Condition of Used Parts
•Used parts are sold as is, where is. common sense will tell you: NOTHING USED IS EVER PERFECT. If you are
expecting perfect parts, Buy them Brand new. Conditions on used parts will vary. Used parts are expected to have
scratches or dings. USED body parts will have to be retouched and repainted. Rare JDM parts that are out of
production are hard enough to find in large quantities we offer.
•We cannot guarantee color or condition. Although color preferences are allowed, Carma Autowerks reserves the
right to send out colored parts in any color if the prefered color is not available.
•We will not accept returns because buyer doesnt like condition of parts. If you have any questions, please address
them before hand and ask for pics of the parts you have purchased prior to them being sent.

Returns or Exchanges
• No refunds or exchanges on lip kits due to poor fitment. Due to the nature of the part, it is expected to fit less than
perfect. If you are picky about fitment, I have Authentic Honda lip kits for sale.
• Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
• All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original saleable packaging, All packaging,
documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
• Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
• All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it's full value
to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight
Collect to Carma Autowerks, it will be refused. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be
charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.
• No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
• No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items, Used merchandise, Used JDM items or Special Order items.
• All Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
• No refund on Shipping charges.

Shipping
•Shipping is usually done within 48hrs of the order being recieved. In cases where an item is out of stock, on back
order or on special order, Carma Autowerks will notify the customer via email with an approximate ETA.
• All shipments within the 48 Contiguous State will be sent via USPS Priority Service. Upon our discretion, we may
use an alternative shipping method of equal quality.
• Parts that are too large or too heavy for USPS are delivered by Freight Truck. Most truck freight items have Flat
Delivery Rates, a Terminal Fee, Inside Delivery Charge Liftgate surcharge and/or Residential surcharge.

Damaged Shipments
• Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt.
If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
• KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton.
• DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
• Any damages will have to be handled directly with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any damages
occurred during shipping.

Shortages
• Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for backordered items. Backorder parts will
come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with the products shipped.
• If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. Notify Carma Autowerks immediately.

Ordering with Carma Autowerks is safe because all the information you supply is highly protected. Carma
Autowerks's online order form features the SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by
encrypting all data to and from the site.

We encrypt your order information to prevent decoding, and we use the most sophisticated security measures to
ensure that your personal information is safe. All online orders will be confirmed by email or telephone. Credit Card
orders will be shipped only to the credit card billing address. All online orders placed will be shipped in most cases
the next business day. All customers wanting to cancel orders must do so before they ship. The customer placing
any online order will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from their location if the placed order has
shipped prior to cancellation. The customer placing online order will be responsible to all restocking charge for
orders canceled post shipping.
